Terms of Business
All sales are final.
Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the client. RT Morgan Art Gallery reserves the right the use the shipper best suited to safely and efficiently deliver your artwork to you. Any discrepancies or damages with shipments received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt by electronic and/or written documentation.
Exceptions to the normal cost of shipping include US Territories that do not qualify for standard shipping prices (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO Boxes). These shipments will be charged the actual cost of shipping + a $2 handling fee. Call for quotes on international shipments.
Orders that require more than one parcel for delivery will incur additional shipping charges. Customers with multiple parcel shipments will be charged the actual cost of shipping + a $2 handling fee.
Oversized and/or heavy packages that have dimensional weight charges will incur additional shipping charges as imposed by all shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL). Orders with a value of $1,000 or greater may be shipped “Signature Required” or “Adult Signature Required” where the cardholder must be present to sign for the package. Orders with this value can only be sent to either the billing address or a UPS facility where you may have to show government ID to retrieve the parcel.

Custom framing services are offered and a variety of moldings, mats, and other framing items are on display in our gallery. We spend time with you selecting the right frame(s) that are perfect one for your artwork! As an added service, we re-stretch paintings that have warped over time.
We are PCI Compliant!
RT Morgan Art Gallery is committed to protecting consumer credit card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Our alignment with this standard is reflected in the people, technologies and processes we employ.
We conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests in accordance with the PCI DSS requirements for our business model. We attest to our PCI compliance annually, and our most recent self-attestation was completed in May 2022.
